Why were so many external audit reports been published all at once?
Audit Wales (the Wales Audit Office) undertakes external audits of the annual accounts of Wales’s public bodies. However, they went for eight years without auditing Abertillery and Llanhilleth Community Council’s accounts and then published six external audit reports all at once.
